Returns from Norway

If you wish to return an item from Norway, you must use the prepaid return label provided by us, order@twoangels.se . A return shipping fee of 190 SEK will be deducted from your refund. All returns from Norway are handled via PostNord. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition.

Please note that the original shipping cost of 99 NOK will not be refunded in case of a return.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return.

Other Important Information

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days after you receive your order.

  • Returns not made with our prepaid return label will not be accepted.

  • If you are missing your return label, contact our customer service to receive a new one.

  • Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your return for processing and refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

VOEC – VAT On E-Commerce (Norwegian Orders)

We are registered under the VOEC scheme (VAT On E-Commerce) in Norway. This allows us to charge Norwegian VAT (MVA) at checkout and simplifies customs clearance for you as a customer.

Important rules regarding VOEC:

  • No import duties or customs fees should be charged to you upon delivery, as VAT is prepaid.

  • Orders under 3,000 NOK per item are covered by the VOEC scheme.

  • VOEC only applies to private consumers in Norway — not business imports.

  • Items returned to us will not require customs declarations when using our prepaid PostNord label.

  • If you are incorrectly charged VAT or customs fees upon delivery, please contact us and the carrier immediately.
